A high-performance, solvent-free, double-stick installation adhesive for bonding underlay to the substrate. Formulated from an acrylic co-polymer emulsion.

PROBOND B428 is designed for use with both trowel and roller application, it dries to a permanently tacky finish. This makes it an ideal solution for double-stick installation method using compatible underlays.
